Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were decently clean and comfortable, and the staff tried to be helpful. However, the location wasn't ideal for exploring the city easily, and the lack of nearby convenience stores was inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel was close to the airport and opposite a shopping mall.
The hotel room was huge, slightly eerie, and in dire need of refurbishing, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was questionable due to difficulties with credit card processing and poor English skills, although there was a kind gesture of a free room upgrade. The location is not ideal for city visits but convenient for airport layovers, across from a big mall. Dining was sufficient with a mix of Asian and Western cuisine. Facilities need improvement but offer the basics. Despite the drawbacks, the value for money was reasonable overall.
The hotel rooms were like mini apartments, clean and spacious, with a small living area and balcony. While neighboring accommodations were cheaper, they lacked amenities like breakfast, housekeeping, cable TV, WiFi, and 24-hour reception. It felt almost like having a home with your own living room, mini 'kitchen,' desk, and large bedroom.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with a nice touch in the arrangement. The service was top-notch, and the staff were not only upbeat and helpful but also upscaled our room to a suite for free, which was a fantastic surprise. The location, while not ideal for city exploration, was perfect for a quick night before heading to the airport. The dining options were a bit average, but the facility overall was great value for money.
I felt like I had my own mini apartment with a small dining area and living room to relax, which was a nice touch. The room setup with a mini 'kitchen' area, desk, and spacious bedroom made it feel cozy and convenient. However, the dining options were limited at night, which was a downside.
